Entry Cost: Middle and High School Teams can register online at www.ncrunners.com for a
max of $70 per gender and/or $125 per school max. Entry Deadline is Wed September 2nd at
9:00pm. If you have more than 35 athletes, please add $50 dollars to help cover costs.
College entries due via Direct Athletics by Sept 2, 11:59pm. The cost is $200 per gender or $400 per school max.
Individual and/or unattached athletes will cost $30 per entry.

Surface: The 3k/5k/8k courses are a combination of grass and gravel. The course starts and
finishes on our athletic practice fields. The 3k=1 loop, 5k = 2 laps, 8k = 3 laps on our scenic
wooded Cross-Country Course, each loop is roughly 1.4 miles.
Timing: Chip timing provided by Mitchell Timing!
Packets: Pick up packets at the tent near the finish line. On the morning of the race. Pick up chips, make sure athletes tie to shoes, don't forget to bring chips back in back at end of the meet, so your team is not charged!
Buses will park at Gray Stone High School which is located near the cross-country course. A map
will be sent indicating bus parking and spectator parking. We also will have a drop-off location
marked on the map for teams.
Awards:
Top 15 Individuals in the College, Invitational, and Championship Races will be awarded medals
The Top 2 teams in College, Invitational, and Championship races will be awarded Trophies
